OUR LEADERSHIP
Juney Ham
Previously, Juney served as the Chief Marketplace Officer of Hired, a career marketplace for the world’s knowledge workers. Within this role, he oversaw Hired’s marketing, insights, product, and talent teams. Prior to joining Hired, Juney served as Senior Vice President at Envestnet, a leading provider of integrated portfolio, practice management, and reporting solutions for financial advisors and institutions. He joined Envestnet through the acquisition of Upside, a financial technology startup providing a robo-advisor for independent financial advisors, where he was Co-founder and President.
Prior to Upside, Juney was the Director of Online Marketing for Airbnb, responsible for driving worldwide supply and demand acquisition. His domain of accountability included search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social advertising, email marketing and online partnership operations. Before Hired, he held leadership roles at various technology companies including Expedia and Experian.
OUR LEADERSHIP
David Berk
David started his career in executive search at Carrington Fox before launching his own firm which was eventually acquired by Hired. At Hired, David’s responsibilities over his tenure included Sales, Marketplace Operations and Insights. Since leaving Hired, David had led marketing organizations at Harri and Porch before starting Beacon with Juney.
David’s unique combination of recruiting, sales and marketing expertise lends itself well to leading the Recruiting Operations function at Beacon where he works closely with our recruiting teams to ensure consistent and successful outcomes for our clients.
