Ari Waldman
Ari Waldman has over a decade of New York City commercial real estate experience, specializing in tenant representation and office leasing throughout Manhattan. Mr. Waldman is well known for his unparalleled market knowledge and has closed a number of recent deals for widely-recognized businesses, with a typical transaction size of 10,000 square feet. Mr. Waldman is a New York State Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, specializing in office leasing, who stutters!
Mr. Waldman joins Lee & Associates from CBC Advisors, where he worked as a director. Prior to that he worked at the former Tarter Stats O’Toole firm.

2. Rebranded my stuttering practice group as Pathway out of Stuttering which is international and is held on Google meet and zoom.
Pathway out of Stuttering is on Whatsapp and Facebook. It has multiple componants to this platform:
i. a.Speech Practice Group-modified Toastmasters Group b. Reading/Support Group-coming soon
ii. Business Networking Group for Adults who stutter and who used to stutter.
iii. Schneider Speech-Is now the official speech pathologist for the Pathway out of Stuttering Platform
iv. Religious Part (coming in May 2021)-broken down into:
a. Jewish Subgroup
b. Muslim Subgroup
c. Christian Subgroup
d. Hindu Subgroup
e. Buddhist Subgroup
