  • Ripple” for standard Ripple Reflection Surveys – 50/up at start; 5/up at client-determined frequency (weekly/monthly/quarterly); 50/self at start and annually thereafter – with dynamic reporting/dashboards;
  • Ripple Plus” for all Ripple services plus three (3) custom surveys (up to 15 total questions – provided by client) at client-determined frequency (weekly/monthly/quarterly);
  • Subscription is billed monthly (standard) with 10% discount for annual subscription (paid at beginning of subscription); right to cancel at any time with 30 days’ prior notice to Ripple (amount remaining on the term of the subscription refunded less 10% cancellation fee of such refund); and
  • Low, one-time/flat integration/set up fee.
